Follow these simple steps to get the best results with this tool.

Step 1 - Click on the circular GUI first to locate the color you want. You can click the "Toggle Dark Background" button to make the background color of the page black.

Step 2 - Use the vertical bar slider just near the circular color wheel to drag the setting up and down to create a more lighted or dark color according to your need.

Step 3 - Fine-tune the selected color from the rectangular right-hand GUI to precisely locate your color.

Step 4 - Now copy your selected color in hexadecimal, RGB, HSV, HSLA, CMYK, CMY, Lab format.

Step 5 - If you are looking to select more than one color to create color schemes, just use the bottom squares as the save color option by clicking the rightmost dotted square bod to memorize the currently selected color.

Step 6 - If you want to choose a text color with background color, just save a color first by clicking the save button in the rectangular GUI and then choose a color again. You will see the text color over a partial white and partial selected background color to give you an idea of how text color will look over a background color. Click the reset button to reset the background color back to white.
